Last updated: February 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Triplist (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Triplist is an AI-powered travel planning and discovery platform that allows users to create, discover, fork, and book curated travel experiences. The Service includes trip planning tools, AI-generated recommendations, booking integrations with third-party providers, and a community of travel creators.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content & Licensing

You retain ownership of the content you create on Triplist, including trips, reviews, and comments. By posting content on the Service, you grant Triplist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our discretion.

5. Bookings & Third-Party Services

Triplist integrates with third-party booking providers to facilitate travel reservations. When you make a booking through the Service:

  • The booking is processed by the third-party provider, and their terms and conditions apply.
  • Triplist is not a party to the booking contract between you and the provider.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of third-party services.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to the provider's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Triplist and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Triplist name, logo, and related trademarks are our property and may not be used without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triplist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
